Page needs a serious overhaul

This page seriously needs to almost entirely be rewritten, in addition to needing more citations.

Although, I'm unsure if it's appropriate for a page like this to be centered around a mod that no longer exists, with the mod that supersedes it also being discontinued, and with the fact that its author is heavily controversial in the community, I'm unsure if this page should even remain.
