Description
Joe is a male OC (Original Character) and inside joke of the Discord Server created by PuzzlingGGG.
Joe was drawn in the costume editor of PenguinMod.
His voice comes from a Text-To-Speech website. This website being TTStool, specifially with the settings:
- Amazon voice provider
- English language
- "Joey" voice
- "x-slow" speed
He is a white man with black hair, a yellow shirt with black text on it, with some blue pants and black shoes.
The text reads:

He is purposefully drawn badly, because Joe is what's commonly known as a shitpost.
