Description
PenguinMod is a modification of Turbowarp, which is also a modified version of Scratch by MIT (here is how they were formed, > meaning forked off of, PM > TW > Scratch).
PenguinMod is often also described as a visual programming language, since you have the capability of making complex project with only simple blocks - it is a no-code game engine.
It has its own Discord server with a very large community of people who have a passion for creating and sharing projects, and displaying their coding skills.
