Set Open File Selector Mode To () (block)

Set Open File Selector is a Stack Block in the Files extension. When the block is used, it changes the way files are selected. When the dropdown is set to "show modal", it will show the file selector modal, which will have the user click on the modal before opening the selector. When the dropdown is set to "open selector immediately", it will open the file selector without the modal showing up.
