Template:Documentation/doc

Add to templates with {{Documentaion}} inside a <noinclude>...</noinclude> tag, which will not include it in the final template when added to a page.

Then create the template's documentation page by going to path-to-template/doc, as an example, this documentation page is at Template:Documentation/doc
