I'm a guy that is in the PenguinMod Discord since 2023 (then rejoined haha that wasn't fucking funny isn't it).
I don't really know myself really much or can provide detail, but i made the spinning triangle emoji (the project was named Pengi3D) on the PM Discord.
also yes i am the one who kinda thought the mod apps from 2024 was uh, awful as it's own sense.

|it renders videos in Scratch without any issues, the video is converted into a TXT with a python script, possible to load it in Scratch or any mod, also this project was probably the first project that ran [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ClDboAH8hx4 John Casterline's video] (it was a trend at that time) on literal scratch pen, the possible colors are: RGB, HEX and monochrome (or mon in the scratch renderer)
