The change pen () by () block is a stack block in the Pen extension that changes a specified pen property by the entered number. It was introduced in Scratch 3.0 to replace the change pen shade by () and change pen color by () blocks, as well as to introduce new pen properties. The default property is color, while the default number is 10.
