He is purposefully drawn badly, because Joe is what's commonly known as an internet shitpost.

- Joe was created on October 11th, 2023 at 1:23 PM EST. PuzzlingGGG was on his science class when everyone was switching their nicknames to Larry, and he wanted to be different so he picked “Joe” and only said “Joe” because he had no idea what to say.
