The following are the rules of the PenguinMod Wiki, please follow them.

Some of these rules may have exceptions under specific circumstances.

  1. Wiki pages made must be related to PenguinMod. This can mean also mods of PenguinMod.
  2. Everything in this wiki, unless otherwise specified, is under the GNU GPL v3 license. The primary reason for this, is so that everything on this wiki may not break the licenses of PenguinMod, TurboWarp, and Scratch, this is called being compatible. The GPL is compatible with the MIT/Expat/X11 license,[1][2][3] which is the license software created for and by PenguinMod uses, the BSD-3-Clause/Modified BSD license,[4] which is the primary license used by Scratch, CC-BY[5] and CC-BY-SA[6], and most of any "Public Domain" license. The GPL is used by TurboWarp, and PenguinMod on some repositories.
  3. Wiki pages cannot contain material intended to offend. This includes the usage of slurs, insults (outside of quotes), or other material that such an author would know would cause offense.
  4. Wiki pages must be neutral and informative. All wiki pages should do their best to have a neutral stance and informative tone. Keep in mind that the language used on an article can affect its tone. (See also: Exceptions)
  5. Wiki pages shouldn't be about drama. Unless prior authorization is given, pages about drama in or around the PenguinMod community is not allowed. Authorization may be given if the situation has already been handled, however, the page is still expected to follow all other rules.
  6. Wiki pages should exist with purpose. This means no wiki pages that already exist in some other way. The best way to find these is to search for them.
  7. No vandalizing wiki pages. For more information, see wp:VANDAL.
  8. Abide by Miraheze's TOS, Content Policy and Copyright Policy. As this wiki is hosted in Miraheze, it is important to stick to their rules.
  9. No doxing. This means one may not display the personal details of anyone.
  10. No impersonating others. You may not pretend to be someone else while editing this wiki. Intentionally using the username of someone else may result in your account being banned on this wiki.
  11. No sockpuppetry. This means one may not purposefully create alternative accounts to dodge punishments. For more information, see wp:Sockpuppetry.
