Skinning is a term in the server to signal that someone should be muted, warned, kicked, or ban. Its also used as an inside joke where Wick will randomly skin people for no reason.

Onion Skinning
Onion Skinning is a feature in the Paint Editor used to display the previous costume as an underlay.
