The set pen color to () block was a stack block in the pen category before Scratch 3.0 that set the pen color to a certain value. The default value of the block was 0. It was replaced with the color dropdown option in the set pen () to () block.
It was reintroduced in PenguinMod as a legacy block, with the default value changed to 1.
Workaround
This block can be worked around using the set pen () to () block with color selected, and halving the value in the input divided by 2 (as this block goes from 0 to 200 while the 3.0 block goes from 0 to 100).
