devonSoft is a controversial user of PenguinMod and the Discord server who first joined in January 13th, 2024. He is somewhat well-known in the server for his love of Octoling girls (Agent 8 in particular) and his insistence to not use anything newer than Windows 7, unless if absolutely required.
His main projects are Destroy All Penguins (a Club Penguin fangame with elements inspired by early Newgrounds) and PM-DOS (an MS-DOS-style "operating system" project), the latter of which hasn't been released outside of the Discord server.
Automatic profile redirection scripts
Since the people behind this wiki have decided to add "social" profiles, I have made two userscripts to fully revert the profile style to the original one across the entire wiki.

- PM-DOS has three beta versions, the first of which (version 0.1) is unreleased
- He has emulated Splatoon 3: Side Order on his computer, despite Yuzu having not (officially) supported Windows 7 since at least version 1167, if not earlier.
- He owns both Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3 physically

- Old Google - Neocities page that seeks to replicate 2010 Google, but does have limitations.
- Media Player Codec Pack - allows Windows Media Player to load more file types.
- Universal Theme Patcher - allows you to use custom UX styles on Windows 7. For 10/11 users, use either UltraUXThemePatcher or SecureUXTheme.
- UwUntu - meme Linux distro based off of Ubuntu 22.10. Actually not bad to use, coming from Windows 7...
- Supermium - Chromium fork for legacy Windows with increased customization features, Google Sync, continued Manifest V2 support and more.
- Pale Moon - Firefox fork with legacy aesthetics and Flash support. Works pretty well, albeit slowly due to being single-process.
- VxKex - allows Windows 7 to run some programs designed for Windows 8+.
- Rehike - YouTube frontend that seeks to replicate the 2015 layout. More lightweight than standard YT, requires XAMPP to host locally.
- Vencord - Discord client mod that allows you to use all sorts of plugins and themes. Even better with OpenAsar.
- Newgrounds - website with thousands of great web games to play, alongside art, Flash movies, audio and much more!
